About the CyberSeminar: Parliamentary Procedure (Advanced Level)
Have a little parliamentary procedure experience? And did you participate in the Parliamentary Procedure (Beginning)? Or maybe you do not have any experience at all…that’s OK. Join us as our expert presenter continues the parliamentary procedure discussion. No one likes to feel inadequate when running a meeting amongst their peers. This course will advance your knowledge in conducting successful, professional meetings. Our instructor will provide valuable information on Robert’s Rules of Order and provide additional tips for high-level, productive meetings.
About the Presenter
Joe Yedlik is a retired county extension director and former high school ag ed instructor/FFA Advisor with over forty-four years of professional experience in education and positive youth development in Iowa. He is currently retained as an adjunct educator by the International Association of Fairs and Expos.
Yedlik is Certified in Volunteer Fair Management, a graduate of the IAFE Institute of Fair Management, and Past President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Iowa Fairs. He still serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Great Jones County Fair as well as serving as the 4-H Horticulture Department Superintendent at the Iowa State Fair for the past 27 years.
He enjoys being a grandfather, deer hunting on the family farm, and researching family genealogy. He also serves as the parliamentarian for the Iowa Pyrotechnic Association.
