Job Swap

Job Swap

The job swap experience provides individuals the opportunity to travel to member fairs, learn new processes, network, and engage in an activity that will benefit their own organization.

Job Swap Opportunities

IAFE members need talented individuals to assist them during their annual event. Informally, fairs have conducted a “JOB SWAP” where folks from one fair will travel to another fair to assist them where needed.

Having a fellow fair-minded person to help was a lifesaver! Brian was able to anticipate our needs, understood what it took to get the job done, and was truly instrumental in helping us get, what was then a brand new program, off the ground.
