About the Presenter

Rachael Lough has been the PR & Marketing Manager for the Carolina Classic Fair, formerly known as the Dixie Classic Fair since early 2017. Rachael was born and raised in Tampa, FL and moved to NC  after her husband got a full ride scholarship to Wake Forest University to get his Master’s Degree. Before joining the Fair Industry Rachael worked for Walt Disney World and was a Zookeeper at ZooTampa. She decided to apply for a job at the fair as a joke because of the name Dixie Classic was just too hilariously southern and she could tell her friends and family that she ran away from Fl to join the carnival.  Rachael’s love for storytelling has guided her in her approach to marketing and public relations.
