An entry-level overview of industry competitive exhibits programming. Participants are provided basic planning strategies, implementation techniques and best practices This is an IAFE IFM for credit course. All IAFE members welcome.
About the Presenter

Jessica McLaughlin, CFE graduated from West Valley High School in Spokane, Washington. She then graduated from Spokane Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree and an A.A.S. in Hotel / Motel / Restaurant Management. Her education continued as Jessica graduated in 2011 from the IAFE Institute of Fair Management.
She received her Certified Fair Executive designation through the International Association of Fairs and Expositions in 2009.
Jessica began working for Spokane County in 1986 and moved to a full-time position in 1988 with the Parks and Recreation Department. In 1993, having assisted with the Interstate Fair, opted to make a lateral move to the Fair Division of the newly formed Parks, Recreation, and Fair Department. Now serving as Fair Coordinator for the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center.
She has been married for 21 years and has two children. In her spare time Jessica is involved in Camp Fire USA; Boy Scouts of America; Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Washington State Horsemen. Other interests include geocaching, camping, hiking, and scrapbooking.
