Whistleblower Policy
A whistle-blower policy creates a mechanism whereby, if an employee or volunteer becomes aware of a violation of policy or law, this can be reported without fear of retaliation. Not-for-profit entities (NFPs) can protect the organization and ensure that directors, employees, and volunteers are aware of the policy and understand how to report concerns.

Statement of Commitment and Responsibilities of Directors and Committee Members
The IAFE Board of Directors and all Standing and Special Committee Members are committed to conducting the International Association of Fairs and Expositions’ business and activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. BoD and CMs may handle or have exposure to private, confidential, and sensitive information pertaining to IAFE’s short- and long-term plans, operations, and members’ personal information, which may at times require some degree of security and confidentiality.
