Barb Fitzgerald of Firdale Food Company, has recently released her new book titled Food Booth, The Entrepreneur’s Complete Guide to the Concession Business.. In the book, Ms. Fitgerald presents a how to guide for starting a concessionaire business through her 24 years of experience in the food concession industry. Ms. Fitzgerald has held a position on the Oregon Food Services Advisory Board and founded the Northwest Vendors Network Association. The book is published by Carnival Press.
